HireFox Staffing Agency recently took a significant step in its mission to support Filipino professionals seeking opportunities abroad by engaging in discussions with senior officials from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). This meeting was centered around exploring potential partnerships aimed at safeguarding the interests of Filipinos who aspire to migrate and work in the United States. The DMW officials were exceptionally accommodating, providing comprehensive answers to all our inquiries and addressing our concerns with great diligence.

As a Foreign Recruitment Agency, it is imperative for us to adhere to the laws and regulations of the Philippines concerning the recruitment of Filipino teachers. This collaboration with the DMW not only reinforces our commitment to compliance but also enhances our capacity to serve our fellow citizens more effectively. It represents a pivotal advancement for our organization, as we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for those looking to build their careers abroad.

This meeting not only facilitated a deeper understanding of the regulatory landscape but also fostered a spirit of collaboration that is essential for the success of our initiatives. Through this partnership, we aim to ensure that the rights and welfare of Filipino workers are prioritized, and that they are provided with the necessary support and resources as they navigate the complexities of international employment. We believe that by working closely with the DMW, we can contribute to the empowerment of Filipino professionals and help them achieve their dreams of working abroad in a safe and dignified manner. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and uphold the highest standards of ethical recruitment practices.

During this productive engagement, Jethro Limson, the Executive Director of HireFox, was accompanied by H.E. Ambassador E.L. Fereira, the former Executive Director of DTI-CITEM. Together, they paid a courtesy visit to several key officials, including Assistant Secretary Felicitas Bay of the Department of Migrant Workers’ Welfare Services, Atty. Ambito-Fermin from the Land Based Accreditation Bureau, and Director Galias of the Migrant Workers Offices Operations Support.
