HireFox is a duly registered staffing agency focused on connecting U.S. schools and employers with qualified international educators and professionals. Centered on integrity, service, and excellence, our mission is to help address staffing needs through international recruitment, placement support, and workforce coordination.

We work with qualified candidates through different employment and exchange pathways, including the H-1B specialty occupation program and the J-1 Teacher Exchange Visitor Program. These programs are separate and distinct, and the appropriate pathway depends on the employer’s needs, the position, the candidate’s qualifications, and applicable program requirements.

For H-1B cases, HireFox provides recruitment and administrative coordination while working with qualified immigration professionals for the legal aspects of the petition. For J-1 teacher placements, HireFox coordinates recruitment and placement-related services in connection with the applicable J-1 exchange program and program sponsor.

Our goal is to provide schools and employers with qualified international talent while maintaining a clear, transparent, and compliant recruitment and placement process.
